HR Director

Boss, Inc. is currently recruiting for an HR Director to work in Virginia Beach.

Key Responsibilities:

       Talent Acquisition and Recruitment:

•                         Oversee the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates.

•                         Develop effective talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top-tier talent.

       Employee Relations:

•                         Manage employee relations, address concerns, and foster a positive work environment.

•                         Implement and enforce company policies, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.

•                         Take a central role in developing a strong company culture across a distributed work force.

•                         Spearhead employee reward and retention programs.

       Performance Management:

•                         Develop and implement performance management systems to enhance employee productivity and satisfaction.

•                         Provide guidance to managers on performance evaluations, feedback, and goal-setting.

       Training and Development:

•                         Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.

•                         Collaborate with department heads to create a culture of continuous learning and development.

       Benefits Administration:

•                         Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.

•                         Keep abreast of industry trends to ensure competitive and attractive benefit offerings.

       HR Compliance:

•                         Stay current on employment laws and regulations, ensuring company policies and practices are compliant.

•                         Advise leadership on legal matters related to HR and employment.

Qualifications:

•    Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

•    Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.

•    Thorough knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.

•    Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

•    Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

•    SHRM or HRCI certification is a plus.
